Become a Producer

Thank you for your interest in becoming a broker for H&H Agency, Inc. We have been meeting the needs of independent brokers for over 30 years. H&H offers a competitive non-standard personal auto program throughout the state of California.

To begin the process:

1. Download and complete our producer application.

2. Download, complete, and print out a W-9 form.

Supporting documentation consists of copies of your current license, bond, W‑9, and E&O declaration page.

H&H Agency, Inc. will review each applicant on an individual basis. Additional information may be requested of you depending on previous experience. Once our evaluation is complete, we will notify your brokerage of our decision.
